Terms of Service

Provided by Elevare Group, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What this service is. This is a private coordination app for your neighborhood — a shared calendar, vendor recommendations from neighbors, help requests, and emergency-weather information. It is run as a service to neighborhoods by Elevare Group, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

2. Who can use it. Residents of a participating neighborhood, verified by address. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your address. We may remove accounts that misrepresent residency.

3. What you post is yours — and your responsibility. Reviews, recommendations, reports, and requests you post are your own statements. You agree not to post anything false, harassing, or unlawful. We don't review posts before they appear, and we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

4. Information here is from neighbors and linked sources — not from us. Vendor ratings, prices paid, weather reports, and map pins come from your neighbors. Official information (watches, warnings, shelters, evacuation zones) comes from links to, or calculations based on, government sources. We do not verify neighbor posts, and we do not guarantee that any information in the app — including calculated answers like evacuation zones — is accurate, current, or complete. Confirm anything you intend to act on, especially in an emergency, with official sources.

5. This app is not an emergency service. It is not 911 and is not monitored for emergencies. Nothing posted here reaches police, fire, or medical responders.

6. The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevare Group, LLC disclaims all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months — which, for residents, is zero. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app, for the conduct of other users or of vendors listed in the directory, or for interruptions to the service.

7. You cover what your posts cause. If your content or conduct on the service causes a claim against Elevare Group, LLC, you agree to indemnify us — to cover our costs and losses from that claim.

8. Vendors are not endorsed. The vendor directory reflects neighbor experience. A listing is not our endorsement, and we are not a party to any arrangement between you and a vendor.

9. Privacy. Your account and household information is visible only as the app describes — to you, your household, and narrowly authorized coordinators. We do not sell resident data. Coordinators who can see sensitive information agree to confidentiality obligations.

10. Changes and termination. We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance, and significant changes will require re-acknowledgment. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
